A New York recruiting firm's website, from scaffold to launch in a month.
The challenge

A New York-based recruiting company needed a from-scratch institutional site: separate paths for employers and job seekers, real job listings, and a compliant way to capture leads, with no CMS overhead to manage.

The approach

We built the HTML structure and every core section first (hero, how it works, benefits, candidate relationship, new clients), then full responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile, animation (AOS, 3D card effects, Lenis smooth scroll), the home page's carousel and mobile menu, and the internal pages: About, Employers, Job Seekers, Jobs, and Contact. The contact form shipped with PHPMailer, honeypot spam protection, and JS input masks, plus SEO and Open Graph metadata, refined across more than 25 pull requests before launch.

What shipped

Built from the commit history, not a feature wishlist.

The result
29 days
from first commit to launch
95
commits across the initial build
25+

Since launch
⚠
The site launched in May 2024 and has stayed in production since — most recently a cookie-consent banner and script controls for compliance, and a fallback button on the jobs page, picked back up after changes made directly on the live server were synced back into the repository.
